(1) There shall be One Door/Window Committee, to make a policy for providing a permission relating to shooting a motion picture in Nepal from One institution to foreigners or institution on joint venture with the Nepalese Citizen or single investment, as follows:-
(a) Secretary, Ministry of Information and Communication Convener
(b) Representative (at least Gazetted First Class), Ministry of Finance Member
(c) Representative (at least Gazetted First Class), Ministry of Law and Justice Member
(d) Representative (at least Gazetted First Class), Ministry of Home Affairs Member
(e) Director General, Department of National Parks and Wild Life Member
(f) Director General, Department of Archaeology Member
(g) Representative, National Conservation Trust Member
(h) Representative, Film Development Board Member
(i) Joint-Secretary, Ministry of Information and Communication Member

(3) The procedure of the Committee pursuant to Sub-rule (1) shall be as determined by the Ministry.
(4) The Committee pursuant to Sub-rule (1) may invite concerned association/institution or expert to its meetings as an observer as per necessity
